Training and Education are considered to be the major determinants for measuring the national growth and development worldwide. A problem that currently exists currently is the lack of the qualified &skilled human resources to match the advanced work force needs due to the dependence on the theoretical educational methodologies away from the latest practical on hand Learning & Training. Optimizing the values of Training & Education and applying the up to date Training tools and methodologies are the solutions to such dilemma. Training &Education had been put into the list of priorities of the Egyptian Government and the Industrial Modernization Program which assigned more than 80% of its budget to support organizational Training. Accordingly Pan Middle Group Egypt decided to devote its resources towards Training &Education through Skills Developer International”SDI” in order to contribute effectively to the continuous national efforts towards boosting the capabilities of the Egyptian labor force .We in Skills Developer International believe that we do have a mission to accomplish and a role to play .
